This organic and fair trade chocolate bar is packed full of delicious ingredients, so much, in fact, that there wasn’t much room for sugar. This decadent combination of our darkest chocolate, crunchy cashews, and a pinch of salt has just 4g of sugar per serving.

With flavor notes of deep roasted cocoa, subtle brown spice and dried fruit, our 85% dark chocolate is balanced out by the buttery, subtle sweetness of cashews. A sprinkling of sea salt is the finishing touch on this sophisticated bar. More cocoa, fewer ingredients.

This is my favorite chocolate bar. I already loved your plain 85% bar, but adding cashew and salt? Brilliant.

I can't identify what I didn't care for about this bar. Maybe it would be better with pecans.

I know it’s new, but it has already become my go-to chocolate. It’s low in sugar, it’s 85% cocoa so more antioxidants, the cashews and sea salt really elevate it and best part and reason I love Theo’s is no lecithins!! It’s hard to find chocolate without them so I really appreciate Theo making a great product. I concur with the other review, more variations in the 85% cocoa. Would love it with raspberry. Please!

Buttery, tender cashews and crystals of sea salt make for an incredible balance of earthy, salty and sweet. Pairs SO well with coffee, as the salt/nut combo makes the earthy notes shine. You need to try this bar!!!

I have never found a chocolate bar that's better than this one! Rarely do you find a bar this dark that is anything but just chocolate so the addition of the sea salt and cashew makes this bar just divine!!!! Thankyou Theo for making such an AMAZING chocolate combo!!! Keep the 85% Dark Chocolate combos coming!!!
