No. You’re free to cancel or adjust your subscription anytime.

How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account and click “View and edit Subscriptions” in the orders section to update your settings anytime.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Absolutely. You can swap, add, or remove items from your subscription through the portal.
Can I skip an order?
Yes! Log in to your account, select your active subscription, and choose either “Too early, let's skip” at the top or the “Skip Subscription” button at the bottom. This gives you flexibility if you don’t need a shipment right away.
Can I get my order earlier than scheduled?
Yes! Log in to your account, select your active subscription, and click “Need an order now?” at the top.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account, go to “View and edit Subscriptions,” select your active subscription, and update your shipping details under "Shipping Address".
How do I update my billing or payment information?
You can update your card or payment details directly in the subscription portal under “Payment Mode”.
Orders & Billing
When will I be billed for subscription orders?
You’ll be billed on the same day your order is processed, based on your chosen delivery schedule.
Will I be notified before each subscription order renews?
Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder 2 days before your next order is charged.
Do subscription orders qualify for free shipping?
Yes—if your subscription meets the same requirements as one-time purchases, such as order minimums for free shipping.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll receive an email with instructions to update your payment method. Once fixed, your order will process normally.
Cancelations & Refunds
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, selecting your active subscription, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking “Cancel Subscription”.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel after my order has been processed?
If your order has already shipped, refunds follow our standard return policy and it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
Can I restart my subscription after canceling?
Yes! Simply log back in and reactivate your subscription or start a new one. There is also an option to Skip orders if that better suits your needs.
Shipping
When will my subscription orders be shipped?
Your order will ship on the same schedule you selected (e.g., monthly, every 2 months).
Can I change my shipping frequency?
Yes, you can update your delivery interval anytime in the portal.
I will be out of town when my subscription is going to be renewed. Can I change the delivery date?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but you can choose the date you’d like your order to renew. Simply log in to your account, select your active subscription, and click “Change” next to the Next Order date. This ensures your subscription ships when it’s most convenient for you.
