Theo Chocolate confections are made by hand in our Seattle Confection Kitchen using fair trade and organic ingredients. Choose from our delicious assortment of caramels, ganache and gianduja to build your ideal confection box. Create a custom selection of your favorite treats or select the perfect gift for the special people in your life! Send a unique gift for any occasion: birthdays, thank you gifts, baby showers, weddings and more.

Types of Confections:

Caramel is a rich, buttery confection made with caramelized sugar, cream, butter, and infused with a variety of flavors.
Ganache is a smooth and velvety combination of cream and chocolate, sometimes known as a truffle.
Gianduja is a type of praline made of hazelnuts and caramelized sugar.

Please Note: Due to the preservative-free nature of our handmade confections, custom boxes are best enjoyed soon after ordering, please keep in mind when ordering large quantities or for future dates. If you are ordering for a specific date or event, please reach out if you have any questions about shelf life.

Please allow one extra day for our team to prepare your custom confection box on top our standard processing lead times (we are not able to accommodate next day shipping for these boxes).

Build Your Own Decadence

Delighted to discover a build your own bon-bon box option and that there was a vegan ganache option which was delicious! Would make that a 5-star if there were more vegan ganache options because I also need GF & Soy-Free as well as Dairy/Egg-free so the others were all off limits. Vegan mint, lemon, raspberry, and/or marionberry would also be divine!
