Milk & Cookies Mousse

Velvety milk chocolate with crispy vanilla cookies in every bite.
Make your house stand out for Santa this year with this elevated version of milk and cookies. Featuring our organic Milk & Cookies 45% Milk Chocolate bar, and created by Marley of Marley's Menu, this mousse makes for a festive, airy treat.
Ingredients:
- 8.4 ounces (3 bars) Theo Milk & Cookies 45% Milk Chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 large egg whites
Instructions:
- Chop and melt your chocolate over a double boiler and then set aside to cool.
- In a separate ceramic or metal bowl, use a hand mixer to whip your heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Once the chocolate is at room temperature, fold it into the heavy cream and then whip on high until thick and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until thick and fluffy - about 3 minutes.
- Fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate and cream mixture.
- Divide the mousse into individual servings and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
- Serve with a little whipped cream and a square of chocolate on top. Enjoy!
