Inspired by a classic holiday cookie plate, we took our favorite chocolate chunk cookie recipe and turned it inside out - instead of chocolate chunks inside a cookie, now there are crunchy cookie crumbles inside a chocolate bar!

This nostalgic treat begins with the perfect base: our creamy, organic and fair trade milk chocolate, with a decadent blend of roasted nut and caramel flavor notes. Then, to add even more festivity, we added a sprinkle of vanilla cookie crumbles for the perfect crunch in every bite.     I love this crunch milk chocolate bar--reminds me of candy I ate years ago before going organic. Very little organic milk chocolate candy is offered in local stores since dark chocolate is being forced on everyone. I wish this was available in stores by me.

    This is a tasty bar, but I am thoroughly partial to Theo's dark chocolate flavors.

    Definitely not a fail but just not my top fave of the holiday LE options. Didn't feel there was anything too special about the flavor that warranted a repeat sampling/purchase (pretty sure we sampled this during our factory tour in January).
