Chilled Drinking Chocolate

Who says drinking chocolate is just for cold weather?
Katy, Product Development Manager at Theo, whipped up this refreshing iced recipe to enjoy our Drinking Chocolate when the weather calls for something a little cooler. She even included a bonus mocha version!
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:

1½ cups (12oz) milk of choice, divided

6 tablespoons (62g) Theo Drinking Chocolate

10-15 ice cubes (or enough to fill your serving glasses)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk over medium heat until steaming. Remove from heat.
- Add drinking chocolate and whisk until completely smooth.
- Whisk in remaining 1 cup of milk.
- Pour drinking chocolate over ice cubes into serving glasses, and give the mixture a quick stir with a straw or spoon in order to evenly chill.
Enjoy.
Mocha Variation (makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:

6 tablespoons (62g) Theo Drinking Chocolate

½ cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 cup cold milk

10-15 ice cubes (or enough to fill your serving glasses)
Instructions:
- Place the Theo Drinking Chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour hot coffee over the drinking chocolate and whisk until completely smooth. Whisk in milk.
- Pour mocha drinking chocolate over ice cubes into serving glasses, and give the mixture a quick stir with a straw or spoon in order to evenly chill.
