Made by hand in our Confection Kitchen, this classic Theo treat is our take on the classic s'more. We start with a handmade graham cracker crust, add a layer of buttery vanilla infused caramel, and float a fluffy marshmallow cloud on top. Enrobed in dark chocolate, and decorated with a milk chocolate flourish.

I bought some of these when I was at the flagship store (after ogling them repeatedly online) and they did not disappoint. Permanently on my wish list now!

I recently provided a pretty poor review of the Big Daddy bar and was contacted by Theo asking if they could do anything to help out with the purchase. They were so awesome and replaced the entire order. The new chocolates are so fresh and delicious! I feel bad about the prior review and really want to make sure folks know that the customer service is excellent and I think I may have just had an off batch or something. I’m very happy!
After doing the factory tour and falling in love with a holiday LE, I came to the site hoping to order more of that LE bar and figured I might as well make the most of my order and try stuff that I might not find locally since we live on the other coast. My husband is not as much of a chocolate junkie so I was surprised to see how much he loves these. Frankly, I would prefer them so much more without the caramel as I don't care for how that sticks to my teeth but other than this is absolutely a more sophisticated smore and we're here for it.
Always have to grab one when walking by the store, perfect sized treat.
Have purchased 10+ Big Daddy chocolates for at least 7 years for family gifts. The graham cracker did not taste fresh and the ‘smoked milk chocolate flourish’ overwhelmed the experience in a gross way. I do not recall it being smokey in previous years. Might have to find a replacement for future holidays if this change is permanent.
Hands down my favorite Theo Chocolate invention. The magical combination of flavors is perfectly balanced - the smokey caramel is delicious! Think to-go s’mores you can carry around with you anywhere, any time, for instant deliciousness.
Buying these is a MUST every time I visit the store! I ate them for breakfast recently and it was the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.
I got this this 3-pack as a gift. The best combination of chocolate and marshmallows I have ever tasted. Heavenly!
