I love this chocolate bar! The chocolate is smooth with just the right amount of sweetness and the raspberries add a great dimension of flavor. I order these by the case because they are so delicious. You will enjoy this chocolate bar for its wonderful flavors and the real ingredients used in Theo’s recipes & all the ingredients are supplied by nature.

What I like about this bar is how balanced it is. Comparable to the orange bar, it's smooth and subtle instead of heavy handed which is always nice.

Perfect Balance of Raspberries, Vanilla & Chocolate

Raspberry flavor is really good, not overpowering and has the perfect balance with the vanilla bean in the chocolate. Just the right amount of sweetness. Only at 1 to 2 pieces in a sitting because it was very satisfying. Only draw back was raspberry seeds in my teeth but worth it.

My husband and I were visiting Seattle and of all places I first encountered Theo Chocolate, it was on a whale watching boat! I was 5 months pregnant so I couldn't indulge in an alcoholic beverage so I went for chocolate. This raspberry chocolate interested me and I gave it a shot. Would you believe I bought another one after the first, that's how good it was?! I LOVE dark chocolate and first of all, the chocolate was just fantastic. Secondly, the depth of the chocolate paired perfectly with the fragrant, tangy raspberry flavor. The raspberry did not take over the taste of the chocolate, but melded well with it. I just absolutely loved it.
