I just bought a Theo - Fair Trade dark chocolate bar with 70% chocolate. The candy bar seems a little bit thicker than most bars & the flavor is ... good. I recently discovered that I do not like the 85% dark chocolate (from any candy bar manufacturer) but I do like the 70% dark chocolate from Theo. I will be buying this delight again. Two thumbs up from me.

With three ingredients and a perfected process, the Theo 70% bar is the very best dark chocolate. It has just the right amount of complexity, sweetness and cacao intensity, and is perfect for everything. I love it so much 70cacao is my screen name.

GREAT taste for 70% cocoa!! Maybe shipping during the SUMMER may need TWO ice packs to survive the heat.

Finally, a quality soy free dark chocolate. I developed a soy allergy and love this stuff. The texture by itself is a bit waxy but it's great in s'mores, ganache, and other sweets. I can finally enjoy baking again :)
