This bar is perfectly dark and satisfyingly crunchy! I really hope it’ll be available in Whole Foods for easier access soon.

I'm eating it right now, but I'm not happy

I had high hopes for this chocolate bar, which I received from my local Seattle co-op. I'd heard good things about Theo before and this flavor looked intriguing. However, I was sorely disappointed. The texture of the vanilla bean chunks starts out jarringly chitinous and leaves a gritty residue. It tastes like burnt coffee grounds -- acidity that overpowers the subtle vanilla undertones. Although this was sale, next time I'm going to save my money.

I waited about 6 weeks to purchase my first bar. I was trying to see if I could purchase it locally, but finally couldn’t wait and I LOVE this new bar. It’s got all the Theo amazing organic non-gmo ingredients and it’s vegan with a twist-vanilla and a crunch(nibs). Great product.

85% dark chocolate and bits of ground vanilla. It’s great chocolate, but I’m not a fan of the vanilla bits. Love their chocolate but I’ll pass on this one. Meanwhile, I’m over the moon with the sea salt one…

This is my new favorite dark chocolate bar. It has the rich taste of dark chocolate, just a hint of vanilla, and the satisfying crunch of cocoa nibs.
