To make a classic even better, we started in our Confection Kitchen, using roasted organic hazelnuts to create a deliciously crunchy brittle by hand in small batches. The rich nutty flavor of hazelnuts and hint of caramel from the brittle are echoed in the flavor notes of our creamy 45% milk chocolate. And we top this off with the perfect touch of Pink Himalayan Salt, mined from ancient sea salt deposits in the Himalayan Mountains.
