For our Gingerbread Spice 45% Milk Chocolate bar, we start with our organic and fair trade milk chocolate, which features flavor notes of roasted nuts and caramel. Our milk chocolate has a higher cocoa percentage than most conventional chocolate bars, which results in a creamy cocoa experience unlike any you've had before. To truly recreate the warming effect of our favorite holiday cookies, we also add an organic spice blend developed specifically for this chocolate bar by the Theo Product Development team. While the exact recipe is a Theo secret, some of the spices included in this festive mix are ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This chocolaty treat will surely create a delicious holiday season.

Best kept secret

Tried a bag of Gingerbread Spice Cookie Bites and really liked the mild hint of spice in the chocolate. Came back to try a couple gingerbread spice chocolate bars. I liked them so much, I just ordered 12 candy bars! I hesitated writing this review because I don’t want Theo to run out of this limited stock. However, I want Theo to continue making them, so I hope the demand is high for this flavor bar.

Perfect balance of ginger

I'll be honest and say this wouldn't have been a purchase had I not had the opportunity to sample it during our factory tour. I'm typically not a fan of any type of ginger cookies or candies but this one got me. It's just so smooth and the ginger doesn't over power the bar one bit.
